This woman attempted Suicide Because Men Only Want Her For Sex

Lerato Pitso (50) of South Hills, Jozi was in tears when she spoke to the People’s Paper recently.
She said wherever she goes, she becomes a laughing stock.
People even call her “Sarah Baartman”!
And to make matters worse, her relationships don’t last.
Lerato said she needs a man who will love her and take care of her but her hopes are waning every day as all she gets are men who see her as a sex object.
Lerato sobbed: “At one stage I wanted to commit suicide because I felt like I’m not good enough. Men only want to sleep with me. They don’t love me.”
She said she tried hard to lose weight but always failed.
And now people take pictures of her bum wherever she goes, not caring how she feels.
“Sometimes I just hear a camera’s shutter and when I turn to see what is happening, I see people taking pictures of my backside.”
She said it was mostly women who did this.
Psychologist Dr Lanette Hattingh said Lerato needed to see a psychologist or counsellor.
“A person in this situation needs support. It would also help to find a medical practitioner to see if they can help with the hips. If it is fat, Lerato will need a dietician to support her,” she said.
